Marine Life Gallery
This page exists to show the creatures that I’ve been lucky enough to photograph all around the world. Some of my favourites are here. By showing these to the world I hope that people feel inspired to dive, and then once you’ve dived I hope you also feel pulled to help protect.
The first video is before I owned any cameras or underwater gear. But swimming with that turtle was one of the core memories for me that unlocked the rest. The gallery is at the bottom of the page.
Turtles
Turtles are such beautiful creatures. They’re one of my favourite things to encounter on a dive. It fascinates me that they can hold their breath for so long and how they can move through the water so easily.
Australian Fur Seal
Fur seals are such cool creatures. Ocean puppies seems to be a good fit to describe them. One minute they're laying on a rock sunning themselves, next minute they're inquisitive and swimming up and around people checking out what's going on.
I would gladly photograph these as much as possible!
